3 Reasons Why I'm Grateful To Be Your Real Estate Agent
I enjoy what I do. So much, I've been doing for over 30 years!
....... So when someone asks me to provide them a market analysis, my opinion of the market, or simply catch up with friends and clients, I'm always privileged and excited to share with them my knowledge and help them in any way I can.
From providing information, to selling your home or helping you find your dream home, here are 3 reasons why I'm grateful to be your real estate agent:

I can also sign you up for free, regular, and automatic updates about how your home compares others nearby; ask me about Customer For Life.
2) It's an Honor. I do cherish every relationship I have, from my family and friends, to each of my clients. It's important to me to know you are well taken care of and I can have the privilege in assisting you with your needs and be trusted to help you through the home finding and home selling process. These tasks can be daunting, and it is my honor to help you through this every step of the way.

Tri-Cities Home Market Update
Weekly Market Status Update as of August 30, 2013
2013 2012
Active Homes 1625 1771
Average Active DOM 111 97
U/C Homes last 30 Days 211 Avg(74) 161 Avg(63)
The market is better than last year, but the number of sales in the last 30 days is down by 13% from the prior 30 day period (July). This may be part of seasonal slowing and part due to rising interest rates. The market should continue to be good for the next 30 days at least. Once again, homes that are neat, clean and updated are selling. Homes with deferred maintenance and outdated are left sitting on the market. The homes that are selling now have an average DOM of 84. So if your listing is taking longer than that, then it might be time to start thinking to make some changes.

Your Tri-Cites Market Status Update - May 10, 2013
The market supply has dropped 3% from the same time last year. The supply is 1.3 months shorter. The homes that are selling have marketing times substantially shorter than the aging active inventory. Basically, this says clean it up and price it right and your home will sell. Make sure you tell your sellers this. Also, tell your buyers the inventory is going down and good houses are harder to find than last year. Prices will undoubtedly go up, so BUY NOW.
Here are the weekly Market Stats for the last week compared to last year's market:
2013 2012
Active Homes....................1,562..........1,611
U/C Homes 30 days...........233.............190
*Supply 6.7 months 2013, 8.5 months 2012
The average DOM for U/C is 75 days. The average DOM for all actives is 109 days.
