Your Updated Tri-Cities Real Estate Report

As of today, there are currently 1,445 homes for sale in the Tri-Cities area.  Last year, at this time, there were 1,500, showing a decrease in inventory of about 4.3%. 

The average time on the market is currently 113 days on the market.  In the last 30 calendar days, 235 sellers accepted offers on their homes that were for sale.  This compares favorably with 200 homes sold during the same period last year.  This is about a 17% increase in sales from the previous year.  Decreasing inventory and increased sales indicates a more than likely increase in sold prices.
